DELIVERY CHARGES

STANDARD DELIVERY - 3 to 5 working days
EXPRESS DELIVERY - 1 to 2 working days

PLEASE NOTE:  Your order may be sent via Business Post Couriers and thus  a signature will be required on delivery.  If you think you may be out, please include instructions for delivery when placing your order in the Delivery Instructions Box at Checkout.  E.G.

A    An alternative address e.g. work, family, friend
B    Leave with neighbour
C    Leave somewhere safe e.g garden shed, at back door, in recycling box, outbuilding, garage

Express Orders received by 13:00 will be despatched same day.  
Express Orders received after 13:00 will be despatched the following day.

DAMAGED AND LOST GOODS

Goods damaged in transit will be replaced by KidzCraft.  Please advise us within 7 working days of receipt of your order.  Goods lost in transit will be replaced by KidzCraft.  Please advise us within 14 days of placing your order.

RETURNING GOODS

We hope you are happy with your purchase.  If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less P&P costs.

Return postage costs to be paid by the customer.

All items returned must be in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
