DAMAGED AND LOST GOODS
Goods damaged in transit will be replaced by KidzCraft. Please advise us within
7 working days of receipt of your order. Goods lost in transit will be
replaced by KidzCraft. Please advise us within 14 days of placing your
order.
RETURNING GOODS
We hope you are happy with your
purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your
order, simply return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less P&P
costs.
Return postage costs to be paid by the customer.
All items returned must be in the original packaging
and in a re-saleable condition.
